The PostEurop Projects Team identifies opportunities for external funding from sources such as the EU, UPU and UPU-QSF. They propose new project initiatives aligned with PostEurop’s strategy and secure appropriate funding for their implementation. Additionally, the team provides support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective preparation, implementation and follow-up of externally funded initiatives.
